I cannot say enough good about Auto Dynamics located on Cypress Gardens Road in Winter Haven, FL. Their service and the work that they perform is excellent. Their treatment and respect towards their customers are above board. They care about the person as well as the vehicle and are willing to work with the customers for them to be able to afford the service or repairs. They guarantee their work and their prices are reasonable. They do not try to push something nor do they recommend anything that is not necessary. I highly recommend Auto Dynamics and want to say thank you for everything.

A total assessment of an older car's needs for safety and reliability was requested. Assessment was timely, honest and skillfully completed in tight timeframe. Customer service was exceptional.
Costs were kept to a minimum. Treat you like family! Highy recommend.

These guys mean business! I was in a rush because I couldn't get new rims to fit from a place down the road so I needed my coilovers adjusted on the fly and they knocked it out in less than an hour.. unfortunately I got to the rim shop and new rims on but I was still a little bit too low and I brought it back up here and no questions asked they were willing to get it adjusted!

The mechanics are wonderful guys and very helpful and knowledgeable. The gal at the desk is always pleasant. We took our Dodge Durango there with questions and concerns and they took the time and explained in detail the problems and repaired the SUV promptly and stood by their work. They did not try to sell us any unnecessary work. We highly recommend Auto Dynamics and will continue to go there in the future!! Keep up the good work and your professionalism it supersedes most!

I recently had an excellent experience at Auto Dynamics in Winter Garden, FL, and I wanted to share my appreciation for their exceptional service. I’m from Miami and had traveled to Winter Haven to pick up a U-Haul trailer for transporting a motorcycle I’d purchased. Upon arrival, I discovered I had the wrong set of keys for my hitch, which meant I couldn’t adjust it to the correct ball size.

Feeling quite stressed after a 3.5-hour drive, I found Auto Dynamics nearby and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the manager, Easton, was incredibly helpful. He listened to my situation, and despite several attempts with different keys, nothing seemed to work. Easton then introduced me to Darshawn, one of their master mechanics, who was equally knowledgeable and professional.

Within just 20 minutes, Darshawn and Easton managed to remove the lock from my hitch, ordered the necessary parts, and ensured everything was set up perfectly for my trailer. I was back on the road with everything taken care of, which was a huge relief.

If you’re in the area—whether you’re a local or just passing through—Auto Dynamics is the place to go for reliable and prompt service. The customer service and quality of work are truly unbeatable. I highly recommend them!

Darshan replaced my headlight in only a few minutes while I waited in the office with Kayla, enjoying a nice conversation with her. I had been to 6 other places with no help. The dealership was going to do it for an 💪🏽 and a 🦵, so I came to Auto Dynamics and Darshan replaced the bulb for under $40. This auto shop is honest, helpful and cannot be beat! Bring Your Cars Here!!!🤗

I've been a customer here for about 20 years. I just had my first significant repair work since the ownership change. I knew going in that the project I asked Darshan to take on was complex and would require more than a few hours to complete. Cody spent many hours updating the gauge package on my 33 year old Dodge p/u. This involved a lot of wire tracing and was not something most shops would take on. The bottom line is this was a HARD project and I received fair work for the price paid, which was not insignificant, but I had already steeled myself for an investment in my old truck. And I almost forgot, they fixed both of my power windows too! Thanks fella's, I'll be back!

This place is truly amazing. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they’re working on. Erick is very knowledgeable of the vehicles that are imports. I have a jaguar F type. I’ve had it in there multiple times for different things. They not only deliver the vehicle back in a timely fashion, but sometimes before estimated time of repair, I find them to be very honest I trust them wholeheartedly and have referred multiple people to come and have service done at their facility. Highly recommended
