As the shop manager, Erik is the personable face that patrons come to know and trust to provide them individual attention. In the meantime, Darshan, a lifelong technician, supervises every repair and uses his years of expertise and insight to guide the group of knowledgeable experts.

Chris, the parts specialist, makes sure that only high-quality parts are used for repairs and arranges prompt delivery to reduce downtime and get customers back on the road.
